Yarrelume is designed to be private by default. Because all data stays on your device, we do not collect, transmit, or store your personal information on any external server.

The App processes the following information locally on your device to provide its core functionality:

• Hydration records: drink volume, drink type, time, and optional notes.
• Preferences: cup sizes, daily goals, units (mL / fl oz), and reminders.
• Profile data: weight, gender, and activity level (used only to calculate your suggested goal).
• Achievements & streaks: locally tracked milestones and progress.

2How We Use Your Information

Any data processed by the App is used solely to power features on your device, including:

• Logging drinks and displaying your daily progress.
• Calculating effective hydration based on water content.
• Showing history, charts, heatmaps, and hydration scores.
• Delivering local reminders and tracking achievements.

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond the App's core functionality.

3Local Storage & Security

All records, cup presets, reminders, achievements, and personal profile information are stored locally in SQLite on your device. This means:

• No account or sign-up is required.
• No data is transmitted over the internet by the App.
• Uninstalling the App removes all associated data from your device.

You may clear your history or reset all data at any time from within the App's settings.

4Third-Party Services

Yarrelume does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. If future versions add optional integrations (such as HealthKit or Google Fit), those services will have their own privacy policies, and you will be informed before any data is shared.

5Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Since all data remains on-device and no account is required, no such information is transmitted to us.

6Your Rights & Choices

Because your data never leaves your device, you have full control over it at all times:

• Access & edit: view or modify any entry from the calendar.
• Delete: remove individual records or clear all history.
• Reset: restore the App to its initial state at any time.

7Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
